It’s hard to believe that the 2002 Sam Raimi Spider-Man film has never had its soundtrack pressed on vinyl until now. Sony Masterworks just announced that the score, composed by Danny Elfman, is now available for pre-order. The 2002 film starring Tobey Maguire as the titular web slinger grossed $825 million at the worldwide box office and sprouted a series of sequels and alternate universe films. The score features a mix of traditional orchestra with electronic elements.
The Spider-Man Original Motion Picture Score will be available in three different variants: Limited Edition Gold, Limited Edition Silver, and Black Vinyl. Orders are currently expected to ship early December 2022.
