Psycho-Pass: Cutting the Digital Domination Limited Edition Vinyl LP

In commemoration of the 10th anniversary of the Psycho-Pass anime series, a vinyl LP is being released that contains the theme songs to the first two seasons of this critically acclaimed and beloved show.

Psycho-Pass is a sci-fi, action anime set in a dystopian future where the government is able to monitor the mental states of citizens using a system called the “Sibyl System.” This system assigns a “Psycho-Pass” value to individuals based on their mental state, determining if they are likely to commit crimes. The story follows Akane Tsunemori, a new recruit to the Public Safety Bureau’s Criminal Investigation Division, as she and her team solve cases involving individuals with high Psycho-Pass readings. Along the way, they also question the ethics of the Sibyl System and its impact on society. The first season of Psycho-Pass aired in 2012 with several sequels and spin-offs released in the following years.

This limited edition vinyl contains six tracks by Japanese rock band Ling Tosite Sigure, including “abnormalize” and “Enigmatic Feeling” which serve as the opening themes to the first and second seasons of Psycho-Pass respectively.
