Laced Records is back again with another hyped release. They just announced the Monster Hunter: World vinyl soundtrack just in time for the Monster Hunter 20th Anniversary celebration. As has become custom with Laced Records releases, there are two variants: a limited edition deluxe color vinyl 6LP box set as well as a standard black vinyl box set. There is also a deluxe double vinyl album pressed on mustard and blue vinyl.
The premium box set contains 83 tracks from the 2018 game featuring music from Capcom Sound Team composers Tadayoshi Makino, Akihiko Narita, Yuko Kamiyama, Masato Kouda, and Zhenlan Kang. The six heavyweight discs are pressed on different colored vinyl and will be housed in a rigid slipcase with a Wibalin textured wrap.
All variants are now available to pre-order at the Laced Records Store. Albums are expected to release August 2024.
